Padel hat mich in letzter Zeit total gepackt Man kommt super schnell rein, es ist sozial, macht richtig Spass und gleichzeitig bleibt man fit, ohne dass es sich wie klassisches Training anfühlt. Kann ich echt empfehlen – gerade wenn man etwas sucht, das sportlich ist, aber trotzdem entspannt und locker bleibt. |
